While my primary direction is more hardware and enterprise network support rather than software. Network Administrators can tell you that you can not exist in this business without a strong ability for scripting and basic programming.
My day job might be hardware and software support, but I do enjoy a bit of programming on the side. With that said, I have created a large number of scripts and "hacks" through the years that either help me accomplish my day jobs or scripts I created for the heck of it.
Recent my interest has been Linux. Both Servers and Desktops, but I also have a number of scripts for Novell Netware, Microsoft and Open Office.
